You will be asked to clear the calculator’s memory before and after the examination. Only one calculator is permitted in the testing room. Examinees taking most AI exams may bring their own calculator to use during the exam. Laptops, cellular phones, tablets, iPads, wearable technology (smart watch, Apple Watch, Google Glass, etc.), and other devices that can store data or connect to the Internet are NOT permitted during the exam. In addition, all watches, wallets, bags, and purses must be removed and stored out of reach prior to taking the exam.
Tuition includes download version of class materials only, there are additional charges for shipping of the printed copy of materials.
Certificates of Completion will be e-mailed from the National office in Chicago upon submission of the on-line Instructor Evaluation.
Coffee, tea and water throughout the day…no other food included. Students are on their own for lunch.
Cancellation Policy
- Up To 15 days prior to program start date, refund in full.
- 7 – 14 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the course and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration before making any non-refundable airline reservations.

Discounted room rate per night, advise that you are with Appraisal Institute when making your reservation. The Holiday Inn offers a continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, fitness room and pool.
