Students are required to bring their own copy of the current USPAP (shows 2020-2021 on the front cover) to class. The USPAP publication did not change for 2022. For more information, see The Appraisal Foundation’s FAQs.
Tuition includes a downloaded version of the NEWLY required reference manual and the course handbook. Students that wish to have a printed copy of materials may opt to do so at an additional $15.00 shipping fee.
